A number of news channels serving Western interests have been complicit in the lies and terrorism taking place in Syria, fabricating and exaggerating events since the beginning of the conflict, an analyst says.
Shoruk Khaddour said news channels such as Al-Arabiya and Al-Jazeera as well as Western media are “celebrating side by side with Israel’s Channel 2 and Channel 10 who were glorifying the FSA’s (Free Syrian Army) murderous acts”.
“Why are the Arabs hand-in-hand celebrating with the Israelis on a day where a sovereign nation’s minister has been killed and murdered? This is an act of war,” Khaddour, Syrian Social Club, stated in an interview with Press TV on Wednesday.
“The media is doing nothing to help the Syrian people and to portray their love for their country.”
