"And I have found both freedom and safety in my madness, the freedom of loneliness and the safety from being understood, for those who understand us enslave something in us. But let me not be too proud of my safety. Even a Thief in a jail is safe from another thief. "

1600 evacuees from Waer neighborhood reach Idlib after 1-day road trip- Zaman Al Wasl

(Zaman Al Wasl)- The third batch of al-Waer neighborhood's evacuees have arrived to the northern province of Idlib early Sunday in almost one-day road trip, local reporter said.

About 1600 people, including 358 women and 443 children, deported on Saturday from Wear neighborhood due to an evacuation expected to be among the largest of its kind under a Russian-backed deal with the regime.

Unlike the previous two evacuations in which the fighters and their families headed to the town of Jarablus on the border with Turkey, Saturday's evacuees headed toward Idlib countryside to live in makeshift camps.

The evacuation began ten days ago with the regime shuttling hundreds of people from the district in Homs, which was an early center of the 2011 uprising that spiraled into war.

Meanwhile, 5300 people have left the central city of Homs to the northern provinces of Idlib and Aleppo, according to Zaman al-Wasl report.
